“I was looking for someone who could design a window with a honeybee theme (allegedly for my husband, but in reality because I wanted it). Stacey was very quick in responding to my initial request and came out to look at the door. In the meantime I had decided I also wanted a large panel made for our front door to match existing stained glass windows and doors.
An exchange of ideas regarding the design of both panels ensued, which was very enjoyable as Stacey did a great job coming up with designs that nicely fitted with the existing features of the house. I am extremely fond of the bee design window (do not get me wrong, the front door is beautiful too, but the “bee” window is something very special).
If you are looking for a special window or door, only have a vague idea of what it is you want, Stacey is the person to contact. Highly recommended!”

When building our rammed earth house we decided that something special was needed for the tall narrow windows each side of our front door, which was made from recycled timber. I have always loved stained glass and an internet search revealed Stacey and her creative, original designs. We started an email conversation and Stacey came up with several design ideas from which to choose. “We had lots of input and were able to visit Stacey to pick colours all my favourites. The design is abstract but is obviously of gum leaves and bark with birds hidden amongst the leaves. Stacey also painted scribbles on the bark and also a small Christmas beetle, which young visitors love finding. The end result is a colourful and welcoming original artwork each side of the door. Stacey made a 1200mm x 1200mm stained glass window for us to redeem a window we never opened because it looks straight on to the back alley/driveway of a block of flats. We were absolutely delighted with the results of our project – the window is everything we could have hoped for and it was a genuine pleasure to work with Stacey. We were dead impressed at how she turned some mumbling and hand waving about what we wanted into a thing of beauty and elegance!

I moved to a modern townhouse which had 2 tall windows on 2 walls of the stairwell. Both looked dreary and were covered with closed vertical blinds, as one was too high to reach and the other had a poor outlook on to water tanks. I found Stacey to help me design two windows which feature an attractive mix of coloured, textured and milk glass and now I have lots of light, splashes of colour on the walls, an always changing outlook and privacy, all without blinds. Stacey was brilliant- highly trained, practical, helpful, creative and competent and the glazier who installed the windows for her, likewise. I love going up and down my stairs now and so do my visitors!”
